Before My Death by SLAB

I've always been fascinated by the sea and sand dunes in particular, my favourite moment of any film is when David Niven is washed ashore at Saunton Sands in A Matter of Life and Death and he finds the boy playing pipes in the sand..... this image has always played subconsciously over and over in my head and when I wrote this piece of music it just seemed the perfect visual for it .... and the wash of synth really reminds me of one of James Turrells infinite blue light installations I saw.... i stood on the edge of heaven.... and this is my soundtrack...
